The set of Mrs Peppercorn's Magical reading Room, Marple Bridge
Despite our limited and very tight budget Paul still supplied skills to a high standard, with a calming, dedicated, problem solving attitude.
During the course of filming of the international multi award winning film Mrs Peppercorn's Magical Reading Room we were let down by a location we were due to film at, so the decision to build a set was made.
As budgets were strained and the set to be built would be extremely time consuming we reached out to Paul Whittaker a local in the village to help with the building. Paul was pivotal in creating a very realistic interior, utilising his extensive contacts we were able to achieve the extremely high production value required for the film.
Paul was a very resourceful person and despite our limited and very tight budget still supplied skills to a high standard, with a calming, dedicated, problem solving attitude, his impeccable attention to detail helped sell the look of the fantasy film.
